Each Resource Room has knowledgeable staff to help you access what you may need on your own.

• Resume preparation software and tools, such as Wiscareers
• Up-to-date labor market data, including Worknet
• Computer-based training and Self-Study Lab
• Employment workshops

In addition, staff members at each center are certified in the numerous government-funded employment and training programs that are available to residents. They understand program components; eligibility requirements, how programs coordinate and can help you understand your options. If they cannot help you access a particular program, they will refer you to someone who can help.
