If you understand what employers are looking for, you will be more successful in marketing yourself to employers. And you will know what it takes to keep the job once you get it.

A job is just that. You will have to work, no matter the job or the company. No job is perfect, and some days may be harder than others. Remember, you are earning money in exchange for your work. You are also gaining experiences and making contacts that will be useful in the future.
