If you are 14 or 15, you can work:

• After 7 a.m. and until 11 p.m. in a non-school week, but only to 8 p.m. on school days and on a non-school day that precedes a school day.

You can work no more than:

• 3 hours on a school day.
• 18 hours in a school week.
• 8 hours on a non-school day.
• 40 hours in non-school week.

If you are 16 or 17 you can work:

• Any hours of the day when school is out.
• After 5 a.m. and until 12:30 a.m. on non-school days in a school week, but only to 11 p.m. if the next day is a school day.
• On school days, your start time must be after 7 a.m.

You can work no more than:

• 26 hours per week in a school week.
• 32 hours per week in a partial school week.
• 50 hours per week in a non-school week.
